Trevor Stine

Trevor Stine is an experienced educator and consultant with a comprehensive background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and sustainable development. Currently serving as a Course Instructor at UC San Diego since January 2020, Stine has developed and taught a range of academic courses for children in grades 2-12. As the Founder and Partner of Evolution Maps since May 2014, Stine focuses on providing high-quality GIS tools and services to various organizations and businesses. Additionally, as an Instructor at NewSchool of Architecture & Design, Stine teaches multiple subjects with an emphasis on sustainability. Stine also leads Pangea Proxima, a conglomerate of consultants specializing in social research and sustainable development. Previous roles include positions at ELS Educational Services and the East County Economic Development Council, highlighting expertise in project management and community empowerment. Stine holds a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies with a focus on GIS from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of South Florida.
