Wayne Downey

Wayne Downey has extensive experience in the energy services industry. Wayne began their career at Schlumberger as a Field Specialist, where they executed delivery of wells and mentored field personnel. Wayne then moved up the ranks and held various roles such as Field Quality Champion, Mid-Con District Field Service Manager, North East Basin Location Operations Manager, and North America Land Quality & Operations Support Manager. In these positions, Wayne implemented process improvements, reduced costs, and increased revenue. Wayne later joined Extreme Engineering as a Business Development Manager, where they developed solutions for client technology gaps and grew market share. Wayne then worked at Nabors Industries as an Operations Manager, responsible for the leadership and financial performance of the operations. Currently, they are the Director Of Operations at Newsco International Energy Services, where they oversee the overall business performance and provides value-added solutions for clients. Throughout their career, Wayne has demonstrated strong leadership, business development, and operations management skills.
