Henrik Österlund

Henrik Österlund is an experienced property manager with a strong background in managing properties for both international and domestic investors. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Newsec since December 2017, Henrik oversees service provider networks and technical management. Previously, from February 2010 to December 2017, Henrik managed residential properties at Jyväskylän Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy, where responsibilities included preparing financial statements and budgets, managing service networks, and executing various renovation projects. Henrik's career began as a Huoltoteknikko at Toimistokeskus/Vendor AB from 2007 to 2010. Henrik holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Property Management from JAMK University of Applied Sciences and has completed various property management certifications through Kiinko.
