Daniel Clune has extensive experience in customer operations and sales management, with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Operations at Newsela since September 2022, previous positions at the company include Director and Senior Manager of Customer Operations. Prior to Newsela, Daniel held the role of General Manager - Leasing at Great Jones and progressed through positions such as Senior Operations Manager and Sales Operations Lead. Daniel's career began at Alpha Delta, Inc. as a Sales Associate Intern, advancing to sales roles at FrontStream, including Account Manager and Sales Operations Coordinator, as well as serving as Sr. Sales Operations Lead and Sales Operations Analyst at Newsela before assuming the senior director position.
