Zach Heefner

Zach Heefner is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Partner at Newsela since October 2025, Zach previously held the position of Senior TA Partner - Emerging Markets at Toast from February 2022 to October 2025. Prior to that, Zach worked at Wayfair in multiple roles, including Senior Recruiter for Emerging Talent and positions within Field Operations. Zach's career began as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page and included a role as Account Manager at Shiftgig. Zach also served as District Manager at Aramark Uniform Services.
