Roberta Schmid is a Staff Analyst at NewsGuard, based in Germany. She has a bachelor’s degree in political and social studies, and recently graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a master’s degree in political communication and journalism. Schmid has interned for the German public broadcasters ZDF and Deutsche Welle News, as well as for the German Federal Foreign Office at the United Nations in Geneva. She also contributes to the online start-up magazine AGORAx.
