John Gizzi

John Gizzi is a seasoned political journalist currently serving as the Chief Political Correspondent for Newsmax Media, Inc. since March 2013. In this role, John covers significant political events, including White House press conferences and congressional developments across all 50 states. John has a history of interviewing key political figures, including members of both the House and Senate, and reports on international financial conferences. Prior to this, John worked as the Political Editor and White House Correspondent at Human Events from August 1979 to February 2012. John's early career includes a position as a Clerk-Typist at the Travis County Tax Assessor's Office, where foundational connections with local politicians were established. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fairfield University, earned between 1973 and 1977, and graduated from Newington High School in Connecticut in 1973.
