Rahul Sinha

Rahul Sinha has over 24 years of experience in the Indian Army and the defense sector and currently serves as the Country Executive at Arsenal 2000 JSc, a leading Bulgarian company specializing in weapons and ammunition manufacturing. They are actively involved in the Make-In-India initiative, focusing on government policy, project execution, and establishing partnerships with Indian industries. Previously, Sinha was a Project Consultant for Make-In-India projects and held multiple leadership roles in the Indian Army, including Director of the Army Design Bureau, where they were responsible for capability development and strategic planning. Sinha holds a Bachelor of Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Madras, among other qualifications.
