Vasilis Patras has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Vasilis started their career as a DSP Engineer at Intracom Telecom in 2001. Vasilis then worked as a Software Engineer at Crystal Cut from 2003 to 2005. Vasilis then joined OgilvyOne Worldwide as a CRM Director from 2005 to 2006.

In 2006, Vasilis joined Thinkdigital as a Data Insight Director, where they were responsible for managing DWH, customer segmentation, ROI analysis, and market research. Vasilis achieved significant improvements in fraud detection through data quality management.

From 2007 to 2008, Vasilis worked as a Project Manager at Crystal Cut. Vasilis later joined Newsphone Hellas in 2008, where they held several roles. As the BI & DWH Manager, they played a key role in managing business intelligence and data warehousing. In 2010, they became the Digital Services Director, leading a team of 60 employees and overseeing the development of digital products. Finally, they served as the Chief Digital Officer from January 2017, responsible for the group's digital strategy, creating successful online auction and e-ticket services.

Vasilis Patras began their education at the University of Patras in 1993, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering and informatics. In continuation of their academic journey, Vasilis enrolled in the same institution to pursue a Master's degree in MSc Integrated H/W and S/W systems in 1999. Vasilis completed their postgraduate studies in 2001.
