Blair Drossner

Blair Drossner is a finance professional with extensive experience in capital formation and investment management. Currently serving as Vice President of Capital Formation at NewSpring since August 2024, Blair previously held various roles at Northwood Investors LLC from April 2017 to July 2024, including Vice President, Associate, and Analyst. Prior experience includes a position as Financial Analyst at Deutsche Bank from July 2014 to March 2017.
