Justin Wurzer

Justin Wurzer is an Analyst at NewSpring where he is responsible for all phases throughout the lifecycle of a deal with the Firm's dedicated mezzanine strategy. Having joined NewSpring in 2023, he is responsible for new deal sourcing, underwriting, modeling, industry research, detailed due diligence, execution, and ongoing operational support to the portfolio companies.

Prior to joining NewSpring, Justin was an Investment Banking Analyst at PNC Capital Markets where he worked with the Debt Capital Markets team, helping to structure, originate, and syndicate both investment grade and high yield credits across a wide range of industries.

Justin received a BS in Finance from the University of Utah.
