Mike Harper

Mike Harper is the current Managing Director Newsquest South East at Newsquest. Mike has held this position since October 2007. Prior to that, they were the Director and General Manager at Lancashire Evening Post from September 2005 to October 2007. Before that, they were the Managing Director at Lancaster and Morecambe Newspapers Ltd from September 2004 to September 2005. Mike started their career at Johnston Press in July 1986 and held the position of Company Director until June 2011.

Mike Harper's educational career began at Helsby Grammar School for boys. Mike then attended St John Fisher's Harrogate.

Mike Harper reports to Henry Faure Walker, Chief Executive. Mike Harper works with Graham Morrison - Managing Director Scotland & Northern Ireland, David Coates - Managing Director North East, and Nick Ashwood - DMS Director.
