In 2008, they joined CONADI as a Marketing and Sales Specialist, focusing on market research and sales. Ioana then moved to LafargeHolcim in 2010 as a Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing strategies. In 2013, Ioana became the Company Owner at CBC Daniana Management, where they managed the company for four years. Most recently, in 2017, they joined Newsroom AI as a Digital Solutions Sales Manager.
