Rodrigo Coutinho has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rodrigo began their career as a Trainee at Amcham-Brasil in 2000 before moving on to become a Regional Manager at SOS Kinderdorpen from 2004 to 2008. Rodrigo then worked as a Strategic Relation Consultant at Governo do Estado de Pernambuco in 2008-2009.
Rodrigo joined Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) in 2009 as a Sales Manager, responsible for government projects and key accounts. Rodrigo was also involved in national sales rewards for two years. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Head of Marketing - Digital Media ads and Senior Sales & Digital Media Manager, overseeing new business development and innovation projects. Rodrigo played a crucial role in aligning global sales strategies with local operations.
In 2021, Rodrigo joined Rappi as the Head of Agencies & Media | Monetization, where they led the sales and relationship management with advertising agencies. Rodrigo was also responsible for the commercial leadership of Rappi Brasil's digital media platform and monetization projects, developing advertising plans for major industries.
Rodrigo then moved to Adsmovil in 2022 as a Senior Business Relationship Manager, strengthening business relationships and contributing to the company's growth. Rodrigo continued to excel in sales and business development roles and joined ShopperAds Brasil in 2023 as the Head of Ads New Business & Partner.
Currently, Rodrigo works at Newsroom AI as the Ad Sales Director, utilizing their expertise in sales and advertising to drive business growth.
Rodrigo Coutinho's education history includes several degrees and specializations. In 1999, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Administration of Companies at the Universidade Católica de Pernambuco. Rodrigo further pursued their education by obtaining a Postgraduate degree in Management at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2002-2003. In 2008-2009, they enrolled in the FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. In 2015, they participated in an Especialização em Marketing Digital program at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 2018, they attended Hyper Island Brasil to further their knowledge in the field of Digital. In 2021, they took an online course on Technology Entrepreneurship from Harvard University / EDX.
