Joe Lynam

Joe Lynam is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in broadcasting and journalism. Since January 2022, Joe serves as a presenter on Newstalk, focusing on business-related content across various sectors, including the economy and international markets. Joe's career began in the late 1990s as a freelance business reporter for multiple publications and as a presenter of tech news on Tech TV and Today FM. Since April 2001, Joe has also been a presenter and correspondent at BBC. Prior to a career in media, Joe co-owned and operated a chain of Irish-themed pubs and restaurants in Germany from 1994 to 1998. Joe holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin and a Post Graduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Griffith College Dublin.
