Tom Schuster

Tom Schuster is a seasoned executive with extensive experience spanning over four decades in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Beginning as an air traffic controller in the South African Air Force, Tom has held significant positions such as SVP Field Services at NewStore, Inc., CEO of Searchmetrics, and President of Arbor Networks, where accomplishments included leading companies to global prominence and securing major partnerships. Tom's career also features vital roles at RSA Security, Novell, and IBM, contributing to the growth and success of each organization. An MBA holder from the University of Witwatersrand, Tom's background includes a strong foundation in finance and corporate strategy, complemented by a B.Com degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Currently retired from corporate life since August 2017, Tom continues to engage with life beyond professional confines.
