Sr. Director Of Special Education at New Story

Jennifer Johnston has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Jennifer is currently working as the Sr. Director of Special Education at New Story since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Special Education Coordinator at ACCEL Schools from July 2021 to January 2023. From March 2018 to February 2020, they were the Director of Special Education at The Educational Empowerment Group and also served as a High School Principal from July 2016 to March 2018 in the same organization. Before that, they worked as an Intervention Specialist at I CAN SCHOOLS from September 2013 to July 2016. Jennifer started their career as a Teacher at Barberton City School District, where they worked from September 1997 to June 2013.

Jennifer Johnston has a Master of Education degree in Special Education and Teaching from Baldwin Wallace University. Jennifer also holds a Master of Education degree in Teaching and Learning K-12 from Nova Southeastern University.
