Katie Fitzgerald

Katie Fitzgerald started their work experience in 2006 as a Media Intern at the Society for the Arts in Healthcare. In 2007, they worked as an Art Assistant at The Children's Inn at National Institutes of Health. From 2007 to 2014, they held various roles at the National Center for Creative Aging, including Director of Communications. In 2014, they joined Advance CTE as a Senior Associate in Communications and later held the positions of Communications Manager and Director of Communications and Membership. In 2021, they started working at New Story as the Director of Communications and later became the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications.

Katie Fitzgerald attended James Madison University from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts and Design with a focus on Art History. Katie also concentrated in Corporate Communication during their time at the university.
