Manager, Construction Sector Interventions at New Story

Victor Mendoza is the current Manager of Construction Sector Interventions at New Story. Prior to this, they were an Urban Growth and Professional Development Seminars Assistant at USC Price from January 2020 to May 2021. Mendoza has also worked as an Arquitecto at Mendoza Miranda Arquitectura from January 2014 to August 2019, as well as an Auditor Técnico at Secretaria de la Contraloría del Gobierno del Estado de México from August 2012 to December 2013. In addition, they have also worked as a Proyectista at IUYET from June 2011 to July 2012, and as an Arquitecto during their professional practices at Serrano Monjaraz Arquitectos from August 2009 to August 2010.

Victor Mendoza has a Master of Urban Planning from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, an Arquitecto from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Diplomado en Políticas Públicas Municipales e Innovación para el Desarrollo from Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán. Victor is currently pursuing a Diplomado en línea in Innovación Social from Learning by Helping. Victor also has certification from University of Southern California in Master of Urban Planning, Lincoln Institute of Land Policy in Alternativas de Gestión del Suelo para la Producción de Vivienda Social, HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in CitiesX: The Past, Present and Future of Urban Life, and COMEXUS Fulbright-García Robles in Grantee 2019.
