Joseph Walsh

Joseph Walsh has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Joseph began their career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston in 1983, where they served as a Section Head for almost seven years. In 1990, they transitioned to Deloitte & Touche as a Management Consultant for a brief period before joining Bank of Boston as a Financial Manager. Joseph worked at Bank of Boston for one year before moving on to Direct Federal, where they held various roles. Joseph started as a Senior Vice President in 1991 and remained in that position until 2014, when they were promoted to President & CEO. Joseph Walsh has excelled in leadership and management roles throughout their career and brings a wealth of experience to any organization.

Joseph Walsh attended the College of the Holy Cross from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained their AB degree in Economics. Joseph then pursued further education at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1985 to 1989, earning an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance.
