Whitney Van Sciver

Whitney Van Sciver has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Whitney currently holds the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Direct Federal Credit Union since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Lumenpulse, starting as an Office Manager at BL Mosher Consulting in February 2010. Later, they joined Lumenpulse where they held various positions. Whitney started as an HR Coordinator in October 2011 and then transitioned to an HR Business Partner in July 2017. Finally, they were promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources in June 2021.

Whitney Van Sciver obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Connecticut, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Post Baccalaureate degree in English at Fitchburg State University from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they received certifications from SuccessFinder, including the SuccessFinder Certified Professional and the SuccessFinder Advanced-Level Certified Professional in September 2022.
