Alex Rouhandeh

Alex Rouhandeh is a seasoned journalist currently serving as a Special Correspondent and Congressional Correspondent at Newsweek since February 2021, focusing on Capitol Hill politics and policy. Notable achievements include co-leading coverage of a shareholder battle involving Newsweek ownership and providing extensive election coverage across multiple states in 2022. Rouhandeh has previous experience as a General Assignment Reporter specializing in National Security & Foreign Policy, as well as an Editorial Intern at The American Prospect.
