Lakesha Womack

LaKesha Womack is an accomplished leader and business consultant with a diverse background in community impact, entrepreneurship, and digital media. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at ASPIRE Community Capital, LaKesha drives strategic planning and market development. As the Chief Executive Officer of Thrive Creative Community and President of both the Black Seed Network and Ministry Matters Media Services, LaKesha focuses on supporting business growth and innovative digital solutions for faith-based organizations. With a wealth of experience in consulting through Womack Consulting Group and founding Rethinking Church Strategies, LaKesha seeks to empower various sectors, including Black business owners and churches. Additionally, LaKesha engages audiences as the host and executive producer of The LaKesha Womack Show while contributing as an expert panel member for Newsweek. An ordained deacon with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University, LaKesha combines a strong educational foundation with a passion for community service and personal development.
