Jonathan Barnes

Jonathan Barnes has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Jonathan began their career as a Service Desk Staff at Capita and then moved on to become a Public Information Staff at the European Commission in 2007. In 2011, they worked as a Crew Painter at College Pro and then moved to Grant Thornton Ireland in 2012, where they worked as a Tax Intern. In 2013, Jonathan worked as a Sales Associate at SeaWorld and then as a Marketing Communications Manager and Trade Development Executive at Enterprise Ireland. Since 2015, they have worked at NewsWhip in various roles, including Account Executive, Account Strategist, Account Strategy Team Lead, and Sales Director.

Jonathan Barnes began their educational journey in 2003 at Coláiste Cois Life, where they completed their secondary education in 2009. Jonathan then attended Trinity College Dublin, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Studies in International Business in 2013. In 2014, they attended Stanford University for a course in New Investment Strategies & Opportunities. In 2012, they also attended Uppsala University to further their studies in International Business. Finally, Jonathan Barnes is currently enrolled in a Master of Arts program at Trinity College Dublin, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
