Thiago Pereira

Thiago Pereira has over 13 years of experience in software development. Thiago began their career in 2008 as a Junior Software Developer at ACERP - Associação de Comunicação Educativa Roquette Pinto. In 2012, they joined the State Secretary of Security as a Software Developer, where they maintained and developed the occurrences management system of the Military Police of Rio de Janeiro (PMERJ). In 2013, they moved to Mobicare as a Senior Software Analist, where they were responsible for maintaining REST APIs, payment services, and network devices integration. In 2017, they joined FEXCO as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2020, they moved to Teckro as a Senior Backend Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they joined NewsWhip as a Senior Software Engineer.

Thiago Pereira has a strong educational background. From 2011 to 2015, they obtained an Honours Degree in Computer Science from UERJ. Prior to that, they obtained a QQI 6 in Software Development from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: an Android Developer Nanodegree from Udacity in March 2019, and a M101J: MongoDB for Java Developers from MongoDB in July 2016.
