Mike Thompson

Mike Thompson began his career in 1995 as a mailroom clerk at Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Over the next decade, he advanced to the position of VP / Director, Partnerships - CAA Sports APAC. After 8 years as a Business Affairs Executive at Endeavor, he gained recognition for establishing NonPareil Traveling, a travel agency that operated successfully for 16 years before being sold to NewSwing Academies for $18 million in 2023. Additionally, Mike has a background in security, having served as the Director of Security for Newman ETAPs, an entertainment company.
