Currently the Engineering Manager at Newterra since February 2012, Joshua oversees system design integration and production management, collaborates with various engineering teams, and ensures project adherence to budget and timelines. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Stanley Black & Decker, where Joshua led complex design projects and developed testing standards for various consumer products, while also earning multiple recognition awards and patents. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carleton University.
