Jason Riffe

Firefighter at Newton Fire Department

Jason Riffe is a professional firefighter at the Newton Fire Department, serving since April 2018 and currently assigned to Engine 2. In addition, Riffe is an instructor at Nonantum Boxing Club, providing small group boxing and fitness training for diverse age groups and abilities since January 2012. Previously, Riffe served as an assistant football coach at Framingham State University from June 2015 to April 2016, managing defensive players and developing game plans. An early career role as a field auditor intern with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in June 2008 involved assisting with audits in Boston. Riffe holds a degree in Marketing, Legal Studies, Management, Finance, and Accounting from Bryant University and a Master's degree in Moderate Disabilities from American International College. Riffe is a graduate of Newton North High School, Class of 2006.
