Ramey Kleinpeter

Ramey Kleinpeter has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as an Engineering Co-op at Naval EOD Technology Division. From 2002 to 2007, Ramey served as a Product Engineer at Analog Devices, responsible for designing and developing automated test platforms. They then joined Fidelity Investments and held the positions of Senior Analyst in Internal Audit and later Auditor Manager in Internal Audit until 2013. At Fidelity Investments, Ramey led project teams in evaluating business and technology risks within the organization. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Brown Brothers Harriman, managing project teams and enhancing management operations and controls. In 2014, Ramey joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments, where they worked as a Manager in Asset Management Compliance, assisting the CCO in assessing the Compliance Program effectiveness. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Wellington Management, first as a Compliance Analyst, monitoring compliance with investment policies and implementing surveillance solutions, and then as an AVP in Forensic Analytics, leading surveillance and monitoring of regulatory compliance risks. Currently, Ramey holds the position of VP, Senior Surveillance Officer at Newton Investment Management Group.

Ramey Kleinpeter holds an MBA in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, which was obtained between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maine, from 1997 to 2002.
