Shivam Khatter

Shivam Khatter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business and product strategy. Currently serving as Associate Director of Programs at Newton School since January 2025, Shivam previously held significant roles at BluSmart from March 2020 to January 2025, including Head of Strategy for BluSmart Charge and Strategy & Planning Lead. Notable achievements include leading a successful USD 25 million Series A fundraising round, enhancing investor relations, and driving strategic initiatives that achieved significant business growth. Prior experience includes strategic roles at UltraTech Cement and internships at EY and AT&T. Shivam holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and a B.Tech. in Computer Software Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
