Judy Johnson

Judy Johnson, Ph.D. is currently the Vice President & Managing Director at Aspirant, a global management consulting firm. Judy previously held positions as a Senior Principal at The Boston Consulting Group and as a Partner at CLG, specializing in executive coaching, strategy execution, and leadership development. Before entering the consulting field, Judy worked as an Instructor at Western Michigan University, teaching undergraduate Psychology courses. Judy holds a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
