Mike McClaine

Mike McClaine is the current CEO of Aspirant Talent Strategy & Acquisition Practice. Mike has held this position since March of 2017. Prior to that, they were the North America Integration Director for GSK / Novartis Joint Venture from July 2004 to March 2017. Before that, they were Practice Leader / Senior Consultant at Solutions Consulting from November 1996 to July 2004. Additionally, they have also been IT Applications Development Manager / Project Manager at Black Box Corporation from November 1992 to November 1996 and Sr. Systems Analyst at Kennametal Corporation from August 1990 to November 1992. Finally, they started their career as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting from June 1988 to August 1990.
