Tom Leeker has over 30 years of experience in the consumer healthcare industry, with the last decade focused on Walmart and Sam's Club. Tom is currently the Chief Client Officer at Aspirant, a global management and technology consulting firm. Prior to Aspirant, they were the Sr. Executive Consultant at tpl consulting, LLC.

Tom began their career at GSK Consumer Healthcare, where they held various sales and marketing positions over the course of 31 years. Tom was eventually promoted to Vice President of Walmart and Sam's Club, where they were responsible for over $900 million in sales. Tom was also a key player in the Rx-to-OTC Switch of Flonase and Flonase Sensimist at Walmart and Sam's Club, which achieved significant growth in both sales and awareness.

Tom is a recognized leader in the integration and development of teams, having successfully rebuilt the Walmart/Sam's team twice. Tom has also been recognized with various awards throughout their career, including the GSK Global 'Winning General Manager Program', the Walmart Supplier-of-the-Year Award, and the Accelerating Omni Channel award from GSK. In addition to their work at Aspirant, Tom is also a board member for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) and the Global Market Development Center (GMDC).

Tom Leeker has a Bachelor's degree from Missouri State University in Business/Managerial Economics. Tom also has a Transformational Leadership for Executives degree from The Wharton School of Business, Aresty Institute of Executive Education, U of Pennsylvania.
