Ewa Balejová

Ewa Balejová has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ewa started their career as a Psychology Teacher at the State Higher Vocational School in Gorzów Wielkopolski from 2004 to 2005. Ewa then moved on to work as a Specialist of recruitment and project evaluation, as well as an Interpersonal and communication skills trainer at the Center of Social Integration from 2005 to 2006. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Psychologist at the Social Welfare Home. Following that, they joined the Pedagogical and Psychological Counseling Center as a Psychologist from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to Newton Media a.s. as a Data Processing professional until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Polish Translator and Localization Specialist at TollNet a.s. Then, they joined NEWTON Technologies, starting as a Sales Manager from 2012 to 2017. Ewa continued to grow within the company, serving as an Innovation Manager from 2018 to 2023. Presently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at NEWTON Technologies, starting in May 2023. Overall, Ewa Balejová has demonstrated a wide range of skills and expertise in their professional journey.

Ewa Balejová obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan from 1999 to 2004.
