Cristina Lisii is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in programme management, project design, and community engagement within the fields of venture capital and innovation. Currently serving as a Newton Scholar at the Newton Venture Program, Cristina focuses on enhancing diversity in venture investing. At the Royal Academy of Engineering, Cristina holds dual roles as Senior Programme Manager for the Scale Up Accelerator and Community Manager for Entrepreneurship for Development. Previous roles include Project Manager at 100%Open, where significant collaborations with high-profile clients such as LEGO and Procter & Gamble were established, and Service Designer and Outreach Officer at UNDP Moldova. Cristina's educational background includes a Master's degree in Governance and Public Policy from the University of Sheffield and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration from the Academy of Economical Studies of Moldova.
