Newton Venture Program
Uday Mehra is a Senior Associate in the Venture Capital and Tech M&A Practice at Osborne Clarke, having joined in March 2023. Uday also serves as a Venture Fellow in the Newton Venture Program, a selective investor training initiative co-organised by LocalGlobe VC and London Business School, which has recognized Uday as a cohort member from over 300 global applicants. Previously, Uday worked as an Associate in the Venture Capital Practice at Marriott Harrison and as Legal Counsel and Ventures Associate at Access VC, a venture arm of Reckitt. Early career experience includes roles at Clifford Chance as an Associate in Corporate/M&A, various internships at leading law firms, and training at BPP Law School. Uday holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and History from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and completed advanced legal studies at BPP Law School.
