Chris Beal

Chris Beal currently serves as a Director at Newton Europe since September 2023. Previously, Chris held several senior positions at KPMG UK from September 2017 to September 2023, including Director and Management Consultant within the Infrastructure, Government, and Healthcare sectors. Before that, Chris worked at the Ministry of Justice UK from May 2012 to September 2017, where responsibilities included serving as Deputy Director of Transformation and Private Secretary, supporting Ministers in the Coalition government. Additional experience includes roles such as Head of Service Improvement at the Office of the Public Guardian, Specification, Benchmarking and Costing Project Manager at the National Offender Management Service, and Policy Advisor (Faststream) at the Ministry of Justice UK. Chris obtained a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Latin American Studies from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in French and Spanish from Durham University.
