Doug Clydesdale is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Newton Europe Limited/GersonLehrman/Private Equity since September 2013, Doug previously held significant positions such as Chairman & Executive Chairman at Compass Supply Solutions and CEO of the Carlsberg Group. Additional roles include Commercial Director Brands & Sales and Marketing Director at Carlsberg, MD at both KP Snacks and Golden Wonder, and Marketing Director at United Biscuits. Doug holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of London and has completed business programs at IMD.
