Justine Pavey

Justine Pavey is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Talent Development at Newton Europe, where Justine has worked since January 2013. Justine also held the role of Recruitment Manager at Newton Europe Limited since September 2011. Prior to this, Justine worked at Barclays Bank from November 2009 to September 2011, taking on positions such as Regional Support Coordinator and Area Administrator. Justine earned a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management from BPP University between 2013 and 2014, and completed education at Burford School from 1983 to 1988.
