Leon Smith

Leon Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational improvements within the retail and consumer products sectors. Currently serving as a Partner in Newton Europe's Consumer practice since November 2021, Leon previously held a pivotal role at PwC from January 2010 to November 2021 as a Partner in the Retail & Consumer sector and Operations Consulting leader for the UK. Prior to that, Leon worked at Capgemini Consulting as the Head of Retail Supply Chain and Principal, specializing in transformation consulting and programme management. Early career experience includes a Management Consultant position at Accenture, focusing on the Telecoms, Media, and Entertainment sectors. Leon holds a BA Hons in History from King's College London and completed secondary education at King Edward VI School in Stratford-upon-Avon.
