Angie Lillard

Angie Lillard has worked in a variety of roles in the recruiting and staffing industry since 2004. Angie began their career as an Executive Recruiting Assistant at Southwaite in 2004, followed by roles as an Account Manager and Assistant Account Manager at CoWorx Staffing Services from 2006 to 2008. Angie then moved to Convergys as a Human Resources Recruiter from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Numeric Recruiting and Staffing as a Senior Account Executive for Digital Marketing and Web Analytics, a Recruiter for IT and Technical roles, and an Account Manager for IT Project Managers and Business Analysts. Angie then moved to FedEx Office from 2015 to 2021, where they worked as a Senior Recruiter, a Recruiter for Special Projects, and a Recruiter. Most recently, they began working at NewtonX in 2022 as a Senior Business Recruiter.

Angie Lillard has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Montclair State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Additionally, they hold certifications from LinkedIn in Gaining Internal Buy-In for Elearning Training, Organizational Learning and Development, and Programming Foundations: Fundamentals, obtained in 2021, 2021, and 2020 respectively. Angie also holds a Indeed Academy Recruiting Graduate certification from Indeed.com obtained in 2018, and a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter certification from LinkedIn obtained in 2013.
