Khrystyna Helychak

Khrystyna Helychak has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Khrystyna began their career in 2017 as a Human Resources Manager at StarApps, where they were responsible for events and communication with team members, as well as hiring in-house engineers. In 2018, they joined Inforce as a Recruiter, where they sourced, screened, interviewed, negotiated and hired developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, project managers, marketing experts and DevOps. That same year, they also joined NewtonX as a Market Research Manager, where they assisted and worked closely with a team of analysts to find hard to reach professionals. In 2021, they became a Recruiter at Hiremotely, and in 2022 they began working as an Information Technology Recruiter at TeeTurtle.

Khrystyna Helychak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lviv Polytechnic National University between 2010 and 2014. Khrystyna then went on to earn a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same university between 2014 and 2015.
