Weslley Camilo

Weslley Camilo has extensive experience in the field of DevOps and cloud engineering. Weslley began their career as a Technical Support at OneOS Tecnologia in 2009. From there, they worked as an Oracle Database Administrator at TIVIT, resolving technical issues and implementing improvements for client databases.

In 2014, Weslley joined RDI SOFTWARE as a DevOps Trainee, where they deployed an e-Commerce platform on AWS servers and automated deployment processes using Chef resources. Weslley was later promoted to the role of DevOps Engineer, responsible for deploying and upgrading environments, as well as documenting procedures and recommendations for testing.

Moving forward, Weslley joined Ahgora Sistemas in 2016 as a DevOps Engineer. Weslley 'sresponsibilities included utilizing various technologies such as GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS to ensure continuous software delivery. Weslley also actively sought out new technologies and challenges.

Continuing their career progression, Weslley worked as a Cloud Engineering at Linx from 2018 to 2020, focusing on cloud infrastructure and support. Weslley then joined GLOBAL HITSS in 2020 as a Cloud Architect, providing guidance and best practices to the DevOps team, as well as assisting clients in making infrastructure architecture decisions.

In 2021, Weslley joined BinderPOS as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where they utilized their experience in overseeing cloud infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of applications.

Most recently, Weslley has served as a Senior DevOps Engineer at NearForm in 2022, focusing on optimizing DevOps processes and contributing to the success of the team.

Currently, Weslley is employed as a Lead DevOps Engineer at NewtonX, starting in 2023.

Weslley Camilo began their education journey in 2007 at COTEMIG - Colégio e Faculdade, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science and obtained the title of Computer Technician in 2009. Following this, from 2010 to 2014, Weslley attended Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Weslley has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2016, they completed the "Introduction to Big Data Analytics" course from Coursera. In 2013, Weslley pursued a certification in General English from Delfin English School. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft. Furthermore, they are currently working towards achieving the "HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (002)" certification, which is expected to be completed in December 2022.
