In 2018, they were a Crew Support Supervisor and Mosaic Support at JetBlue Airways. Finally, in 2020, they were a Director of Business Development, Partner Channel Manager, Marketing Project Manager, and Partner Relationship Manager at Nexio. Nikky Kuykendall began their educational journey at Utah Valley University in 2009, where they pursued undergraduate studies. In 2012, they transferred to the University of Utah College of Social and Behavioral Science, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Psychology in 2013.
