Alicia Tripler

Alicia Tripler has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Alicia started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Nex-Tech Wireless in 2007 and quickly moved up the ranks to become a Billing Analyst. Alicia then became the Billing and Operations Manager, overseeing the company's billing processes and operations. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Customer Operations and ultimately became the Director of Sales & Customer Development. Prior to their time at Nex-Tech Wireless, Alicia worked as a Manager at Wireless Billing Solutions from 2005 to 2007.

Alicia Tripler began their education at Central Christian College of Kansas in 2002, where they studied Sociology. After completing their studies at Central Christian, they transferred to Fort Hays State University in 2004. At Fort Hays State, they continued their pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and successfully graduated in 2006.
