Jarrett Smolarkiewicz

Jarrett Smolarkiewicz is a Technical Training and Provar QA Specialist at Nex-Tech, responsible for developing and managing technical training programs and software testing projects since September 2023. Previously, Jarrett worked as a Technical Writer at End Point Corporation, crafting content in accordance with company guidelines and assessing field developments for updates. Jarrett's earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Care Knowledge Base Specialist at Nex-Tech Wireless, where knowledge base content was created using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and as an Insurance Workflow Specialist at Hays Medical Center, adapting to various roles in a fast-paced setting. Jarrett holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a Web/App Development concentration and an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Eastern Gateway Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Fort Hays State University.
