Joey Maloney

Joey Maloney is a Partner and Principal at Nexa Equity, a growth-oriented private equity firm that invests in B2B software and fintech companies. Prior to this, held the position of Vice President at Luminate Capital, a private equity firm focused on growth buyouts in B2B software companies. Additionally, Joey serves as a Board Member at Storewise, Leap, and Autura (FKA AutoReturn). Before entering the private equity sector, Joey worked as an Investment Banker at Arbor Advisors and as a Management Consultant at Waterstone Management Group. Joey graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business with an Emphasis in Finance and a Minor in Accounting.
