Nexa Living is building a community across student cities in the UK, we are not developing purposed built student accommodation (PBSA) but creating a home away from home in a community where students want to live, that are in the most convenient locations.

We are on a mission to create beautifully designed and sustainable student accommodation that one can call home. We are repurposing the tired and existing housing stock that is in desperate need of modernisation and upgrade above and beyond the required standards.

We don’t just care about the property we are providing but the students living and University experience. Students should be able to focus on their studies and social life and not have to worry about house related issues – we take the hassle away and provide a hands on and personal service.
