Derrick Diazoni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leasing management and customer service within the real estate and hospitality industries. As the Managing Owner of Storybook Suites LLC since April 2021, Derrick oversees unique vacation rentals in Davenport, Florida. Concurrently, Derrick serves as Leasing Manager at Rockrose Development Corp., where significant leasing progress has been achieved at Hudson Yards. Previous roles include successful tenures as Leasing Manager at Brookfield Properties and Fairfield Residential, where Derrick implemented innovative leasing strategies, achieving impressive occupancy rates and recognition for forward-thinking initiatives. Derrick's career also includes a decade with The Walt Disney Company, where exceptional customer experience was a hallmark.
