Benedito Dario has extensive leadership experience in the field of operations, finance, and strategic planning, currently serving as Gerente Geral Suprimentos | Finance FP&A | Excelência Operacional and CTO - Chief Transformation Officer at Nexa Resources since July 2010. Prior to this, Benedito held various roles at Fibria, including Gerente de fusões e aquisições, where responsibility included capturing synergies from the merger of Aracruz Celulose and Papel and Votorantim Celulose e Papel. Experience also includes over a decade at Votorantim Celulose e Papel as Gerente de controle de projetos, overseeing financial controls for a Greenfield cellulose project in MS. Earlier positions encompassed roles at Ipiranga, Multibras S.A. Eletrodomesticos, Banco do Brasil, and Weiler C. Holzberger Industrial Ltda. Academically, Benedito Dario has obtained an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute and further specialized education in Business Administration, Paper and Pulp Manufacturing, and Engineering, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
